    The staff were consistently courteous and the breakfast was delicious and amazing with omelettes. The hotel was in a very central location in very good area in Cali. It was also very close to InterContinental in Cali for 28 years.

    Truly enjoyed the LOCAL meals and delicious and marvellous breakfast. All the staff were professional and we felt safe. It had prime location very close to Cali's city Theatre.

    The rooms are comfortable. The front desk and concierge are excellent. Very nice pool area. Adequate gym. Nice spa.

    Many of the wait staff at the hotel restaurant do not speak English, and some lack common sense.

    Excellent hotel in lovely city. Staff couldn't do enough. Only complaint is that there is not sufficient service around the pool area and we had to wait quite a long time for our drinks to arrive there and in the bar. Otherwise we loved it and will definitely go back.

    The staff was very polite, helpful, and profesional. The hotel was incredibly clean and well staffed. We ate pizza at La Pizzaria and it was really good. If you are from the states, try the pizza! The complimentary breakfast was also very good. On site, safe taxis are always waiting out front.

    Outstanding breakfasts.

    Wonderful and fantastic hotel in a beautiful old area near to the airport, downtown, north and south, cultural places of the city and a secluded garden. New-fashioned, splendid rooms with climate control, a private safe and flat-screen television. Lovely bed, very courteous staff members that offer such great service.

    Staying here was a good experience! The spacious pool area is fine, complemented by friendly staff. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options, and the gym was well-equipped for workouts. I felt safe as a solo traveler, with helpful security and an ATM on-site. A wonderful retreat, definitely worth a return visit!

    The breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety of options to start the day. The pool area was enormous, clean, and perfect for relaxation after a long day. I appreciated the attentive staff who were always friendly and eager to help.

    The intercontinental was a wonderful experience! The room was super clean, and the spa had an amazing sports massage. The pool area was huge and very clean. The breakfast buffet was packed with options. I loved that the gym was well-equipped and open. It seemed like a little paradise.
